Information released:
Information provided at a press conference in June 2005 about judicial discipline cases and the numbers of disciplinary actions taken by the Lord Chancellor has been corrected. Previously, journalists were told that 68 cases had resulted in some form of disciplinary action and that 11 cases had been referred to a senior judge for investigation; the correct figures are 41 disciplinary actions and 10 cases having been referred to a senior Judge.
