Survey of litigants' experiences and satisfaction with the small claims process

This study examines litigants' experiences of, and satisfaction with all stages of the small claims process, including before the hearing (information provided), at the court, the hearing, and the outcome. The study also examines the key drivers influencing satisfaction with the small claims hearing.
