Enforcement services are bailiff services on behalf of the magistrates' courts across England and Wales. The bailiffs receive, execute and process distress, breach and arrest warrants.
A competitive tender process for these services is currently underway. Responses have been received and seven regional contracts are expected to be awarded in December 2005, commencing on 1 April for two years.
