The Civil Procedure Rule Committee is an advisory Non-Departmental Public Body. It was created to make rules of court for the Civil Division of the Court of Appeal, the High Court and the County Courts.

The Civil Procedure Rule committee exists to make the rules of court known as the Civil Procedure Rules. The committee meets 9 times a year, with a summer break during August and September, and a winter break during January.
