This document is an evaluation of the four magistrates courts that piloted a number of initiatives aimed at making the court more effective and more efficient. Senior Civil Service survey results

In November 2006, the Cabinet Office conducted a survey of all 4,000 Senior Civil Service to measure perceptions of leadership and skills. The results were published on 15 February 2007.

At a time of considerable change, both within DCA and across the Civil Service, the survey findings provide feedback on progress made to date and will inform the strategy and policies used to improve leadership and skills in the future.
