Operation Payback 3 - national fines blitz

Think You'll Get Away With It? Think Again. That's the warning to fine evaders across England and Wales as Operation Payback 3, a national fines blitz, involving magistrates' courts Committees and police, is launched. Operation Payback seeks to recover compensation owed to victims of crime and money owed to the court, and therefore the taxpayer. It also sends a message to those who owe money to the court, and the general community, that the Government will not tolerate non-payment. Fines must be paid.
