Making Sentencing Clearer - Home Office consultation
When the Government announced its plans to rebalance the Criminal Justice System in favour of the law-abiding majority it stated its intention to initiate a wider discussion on a range of sentencing and related issues. As part of this debate, the Home Office published a consultation paper - 'Making Sentencing Clearer' - on 9 November 2006.
