| Domestic Violence and Contact Orders The Children Act Sub Committee is working towards the production of good practice guide lines in the light of the High Courts judgement in re: M (Minor)(Contact:Violent Parent) which has given a helpful lead to indicating the kind of circumstances in which continuing contact with a non resident parent may not be in the best interest of the child. | 3.29 | |
