As part of the wider Criminal Justice System (CJS), we continue to drive forward the reform of courts and associated processes, focusing on the needs of the law-abiding citizen. We are making sure that the courts are efficient, robust and command the respect of the public, providing confidence that the system will fight crime effectively.
