Spring Supplementary Estimates 2001-2002

The Lord Chancellor's Departments Spring Supplementary Estimates for 2001-02 are used to "vote" for resources required in addition to those approved and set out in the Lord Chancellor's Departments Main Estimates 2001-2, as published in the Lord Chancellor's Departments Departmental Report (Cm 5107) presented to Parliament in March 2001. It sets out the revised resource requirements for each area of the Department, and features a reconciliation section to show how the departmental cash requirement is derived from the resource figures. The full documentation, which follows this passage, is comprised of several different elements:
