Our Gender equality scheme sets out our approach to promoting gender equality both within the workplace and for our customers. We have, and will continue to, actively involve women, men and gender-based groups to further ensure the success of the scheme department wide.
It was published on 30 April 2007. A copy of this Scheme will be available in the Welsh language by the end of May 2007.
