THE CRIMINAL COURTS REVIEW REPORT

Comments Received

Before the Government reaches and announces its own conclusions by way of a White Paper later this year, the Lord Chancellor, Home Secretary and Attorney General have sought a wide and public debate on the recommendations contained within the Review. To enable people to view comments received in response to the debate so far, we are posting them up on the web. We are not providing contributions received from those who requested confidentiality.

Because many contributors have ranged quite widely across the recommendations, it has proved impossible in the timeframe provided to adequately cross-reference the topics contained within their submissions. To assist readers, we have provided an "Auld comments-specific" search engine. Please note: there are regular additions to this site which may not immediately be picked up by the search engine.
