This document is the post-consultation report for the above paper, which was published on 20 May 2004. It invited comments on general proposals for completing the transfer of contracts for the supply of goods and services including IT, and transfers of rights and liabilities that arise in the areas of Finance and Human Resources from Magistrates' Courts Committees to DCA. The consultation period ended on 12 August 2004.
