This consultation seeks comments and observations on the draft Social Security and Child Support Commissioners (Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, a small package of minor technical amendments to the procedural regulations that govern the Office of Social Security and Child Support Commission. They are designed, primarily to modernise and clarify some existing regulations and include new rules aimed at speeding up the appeals process. They are due to be laid before the Easter recess 2005.

This consultation closed on 7 January 2005
