This consultation paper seeks views on the draft Social Security (Procedure) (Amendment) Regulation 2005. These regulations will provide for the new path of appeal from the Pensions Appeal Tribunal to the Social Security Commissioners, as introduced in the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004. The new path of appeal is UK-wide and expected to come into force on 6 April 2005.
