This paper sets out for consultation the draft procedure Regulations for the Pensions Regulator Tribunal. The consultation is aimed at stakeholders who have the specialised knowledge and experience to comment on the proposed regulations, and who have an interest in the regulations and procedures of the Pensions Regulator Appeals in England and Wales.
