The Pensions Regulator Tribunal Draft Rules 2005

This consultation paper seeks views on the draft Pensions Regulator Tribunal Rules 2005. The Lord Chancellor is empowered to make rules in respect of the conduct of proceedings before the Pensions Regulator Tribunal in accordance with sections 102(3) and schedule 4 of the Pensions Act 2004. The Tribunal is UK-wide and is expected to come into force in April 2005.

This consultation closed on 18 February 2005
