Pensions Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2005

This consultation paper seeks views on the draft Pensions Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2005. These Rules will provide for the new path of appeal from the Pensions Appeal Tribunal to the Social Security Commissioners, as introduced in the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004.. The new path of appeal is UK-wide and expected to come into force on 6 April 2005.

This consultation closes on 7 March 2005
