Consultation paper

This consultation paper invited suggestions on the proposals for developing a network of Family Courts Centres (FCCs) within London. The concept of a Unified Family Courts Service means that County Courts and Magistrates' Family Proceedings Courts (FPCs) will provide services to family court users, wherever possible within the same building supported by administrative staff able to process work for either court. The paper also sought the views about the proposed management and Justices' Clerk (JC) support for family work in London.
