Electoral registers: proposed changes to the representation of the people regulations

This consultation paper sought views on a limited package of proposed changes to the representation of the people regulations, concerning access to and the supply and sale of electoral registers, and the purposes for which they may be used. The responses showed how the consultation process has influenced the final shape of the policy and the conclusions that we have reached on some of the proposals.
