Consultation

The consultation paper invited suggestions on the proposed re-enactment and amendment to section 143 of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000. Repealing of the Elections Publications Act 2001 and re-enactment of altered provisions for imprint requirements on election material.
