Consultation paper

This consultation document sought views on the application form which claims management companies will have to complete in order to apply for authorisation under the Compensation Act 2006, and asked for comments on determining the scales for application and authorisation fees

Responses

This report summarises responses to the consultation relating to Claims Management Regulation, including the fees payable and the application form. While there were no fundamental objections to the proposed fee structure the comments on the application form have helped us redraft it in a fashion that more closely reflects the Regulator’s rules and reflect best practise from other regulators examples.
