This consultation document seeks views on the Claims Management Services Tribunal draft Rules 2007. The Lord Chancellor is empowered to make Rules in respect of the conduct of proceedings before the Claims Management Services Tribunal in accordance with Section 12(4) of the Compensation Act 2006. The Tribunal extends to England and Wales and is expected to come into force in February 2007.
