This consultation paper outlined the proposed detail behind the implementation of Claims Management Regulation including its scope, regulations and rules.


Responses

This report summarises responses to the consultation on the proposed regulations relating to Claims Management regulations. It showed that there remains significant and widespread support for introducing regulation and our proposals to do so including the assessment of applicant’s suitability to be authorised, complaints handling, conduct rules and enforcement measures
