It was proposed that the pilot for the Specialist Family Centre happen in two stages, the first stage was to transfer Barnet Family Proceedings Court (FPC), including its administration into Barnet County Court. The second stage was to transfer in Haringey and Enfield FPCs both family court sittings and administration.
This report summarises the responses received to the consultation 'Barnet County Court and Specialist Family Courts Centre' including how the consultation process has influenced the final shape of the pilot and announces the conclusions that have been reached, in particular work to be done during the course of the pilot.
