(1)
These Rules shall apply to the proceedings listed in paragraph (2) subject to the provisions of the relevant practice direction which applies to those proceedings.
(2)
The proceedings referred to in paragraph (1) are proceedings under –
(a)
the Companies Act 1985(1)
(b)
the Companies Act 1989(2);
(c)
the Companies Act 2006(3); and
(d)
other legislation relating to companies.
