Legal services consultative panel

The legal services consultative panel was established on 1 January 2000 to provide the Secretary of State with advice about legal services, legal education and related matters. The panel has an active role in assisting the maintenance and development of standards in the education, training and in the conduct of persons offering legal services. This section includes the panel's advice and recommendations to the Secretary of State, it's work programmes, and register of interests.
