    • Written Parliamentary Question about the Legal Services Consultative Panel tabled by Lord Goodhart QC, answered on 31 March 2004.



  4. The DCA led programme on regulation and competition - update from Mark Cooper.

  5. Sir David Clementi's review of the legal services framework.

  6. Work programme 2004/2005. Discussion of second draft in the light of the decision made on Item 5, above.

  7. The National Occupational Standards for Legal Advice Project.
