    • The Standing Conference on Legal Education - Discussion of May 2004 conference. Professor Brayne to present his ideas on the relationship between the Conference and the Panel work.
    • ILEX advice (Referral No 3/2002) - Finalised advice. ILEX's response to the advice - dealt with at item 6 below

  5. Mr David Lammy MP - Feedback from the Standing Conference.

  6. ILEX application for increased advocacy rights (Referral No 3/2002). Discussion of ILEX's reaction to the advice. The following documents are attached:-

    • Minutes from the working group's meeting with ILEX representatives (14 May 2003).
    • Panel's draft advice to the Secretary of State agreed at December 2003 meeting.
    • Correspondence from Mrs Diane Burleigh, Secretary General of ILEX.

  7. The Lili Conference - Hugh Brayne to report back to the Panel.
